When you place an order through sorghuman.com or any Partner Store website powered by Sorghuman, you are purchasing products from that Partner Store. Sorghuman serves as the technology and payment processing intermediary.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in a delivery area served by the applicable Partner Store to place an order. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Orders and Payment
- All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order placement.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Delivery
- Delivery is available only within ZIP codes designated by each Partner Store.
- Delivery fees and minimum order thresholds vary by store and are displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
- You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
5. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in at checkout, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from Sorghuman, on behalf of the Partner Store you ordered from, regarding your order and delivery status (for example, order confirmations, out-for-delivery alerts, and delivered notifications). Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by order activity. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Returns and Refunds
- Perishable and frozen food items are generally non-refundable once delivered.
- If you receive incorrect, damaged, or spoiled items, please contact the Partner Store or Sorghuman at support@sorghuman.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- Refund decisions are made at the discretion of the Partner Store and Sorghuman on a case-by-case basis.
7. Product Information
Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that product information is complete, reliable, or error-free. Actual products may vary slightly from images shown.

You agree not to:
