本协议由 Sorghuman Holding LLC（高仁控股国际有限公司，下称"平台方 / Provider"）与 ［法定名称］（下称"商户 / Merchant"，经营店铺 ［店铺名］）共同签订。
平台方为商户提供独立品牌在线商城（白标电商平台），包含：
档位依据 Tier basis：3,000 平方英尺以下且 2,000 单品以下。面积与单品数对应不同档位时，以较高档位为准。
支付处理费为支付通道实际成本，平台不另加价。Processing fees reflect payment-network cost only.
本协议自签署之日起生效，按月自动续订。任一方可提前三十（30）日书面（含电子邮件）通知对方终止。Effective on signing, renews monthly; either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.
商户的商品、订单与顾客数据归商户所有；平台方仅为提供本服务之目的处理该等数据，不向第三方出售。Merchant owns its data; Provider processes it solely to deliver the service and does not sell it.
商户确认：在下方勾选同意并提交，即构成《电子签名法》(ESIGN Act / UETA) 项下具有法律效力的签署，与手写签名具有同等效力。Checking the box below and submitting constitutes a legally binding electronic signature.
